In allowing it all too unfold, just as it is, my thoughts eventually settle. A natural silence takes over and an inner space reveals itself;  settled, peaceful and forever there.  A peaceful silence. Distance from my thoughts and a connection to another universal part of me. it feel like sky, it sits like water.  In the words of Dylan Thomas I discover  'The force that through the green shoot that drives the flower'.   Through these paintings of clouds from above I'm exploring the nature of heaven on earth, our innate connection to the infinite expressed through our natural world, our connection between earth and sky, matter and space, inner and outer.  Where beauty and space collide.
